The Rules for selling and publication of adverts on the portal www.info.cz

Booking:

• The client has to book a space for their advertisement and the date for publication by phone, fax or email. The booking has to be done at least 5 working days prior the planned campaign.

Your Order:

• Once we receive your order we’ll send you your invoice. As soon as your payment reaches our account we can place your advert on our portal.
• The provider of the portal reserves rights to decline an order of an advert publication if there is a suspicion that the content of an advert is violating the law of CR, damages our clients or the portal www.infocz.eu, or eventually there isn’t technical potential available for the project realization.

Order realization:

• Our client has to provide all information needed for realisation of the campaign at least 3 working days prior to its beginning
• There is the possibility of extending the duration of the next order publication If the campaign is not realised by no fault being attributed to either side. The provider will consider an order as realised if a client withdraw his order with compensation and issues an invoice for full price of the order.

Change of orders or complaints:

• If a client wishes to change their order they must inform the provider in writing at least 2 working days before the change should be applied.
• In case of a reasonable complaint the provider is obliged to offer a client compensation.
• The provider is not responsible for any failure’s of stated conditions fulfilment caused by a third party or unpredictable situations which cannot be prevented.

Payment conditions:

• Payment must be received within seven days from the date of the invoice being issued; Payment is transferred on the provider’s account.

Your suggestions:

• An offer could be changed without any specific reasons although the provider is obliged to inform his clients about any changes and corrections.
